Can God use me?

Can God use me that's a question I need to ask, 

can God us me to fulfill some task?

God has used people of every sort, 

to do varying jobs of great import.

He's used carpenters fishermen tax collectors too, 

for different things they could do. 

There once was a Dr. served Him well, 

or so my Gospel stories tell.

There were two sisters who had a spat or two, 

because they didn't always share the same view.

Old men young men He used them all, 

some poor some rich some short some tall.

There was even a doubter and lying traitor too; 

He had something for each one to do.

God even used animals His will to accomplish, 

why there were several donkeys and many a fish.

A fish that held a much-needed coin in his mouth; 

even one that swallowed a man then spit him out.

God used a manger to cradle the Son of man, 

and the lowly Fig bore Him in the ending of that plan.

The fact here that I'm trying to make, 

God can use us too make no mistake.

But first we must receive Him at the cross, 

so His plans for us don't meet with loss.

God has for every one of us a planned destiny, 

yes God can use even you and me!
